At Von Riche, we aim to provide an unparalleled luxury experience; if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Von Riche packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
